Each kit includes three fully assembled cassettes, ready to install in minutes with step-by-step instructions. Mach4 configuration files are delivered instantly via digital download, making integration seamless.

The SmartSwap ATC-ER25 supports tools up to 1.5 inches in diameter and 2 inches long. For longer tools, simple clearance holes can be drilled through your table beneath each cassette.

Future updates will expand support to additional CNC control platforms, protecting your investment and growing with your shop.

Designed for flexibility, each cassette installs with just four screws—no special fixtures or modifications required. • Super glue (to secure O-rings on the tool shank to prevent slipping when not in use)
